it's true. most of the time when i call my credit card info the fella is in india...no shit. this is also quite possibly where 'work from home' stuff comes from..
not always. i worked for a company that UPS outsourced to for their call center.
needless to say, we still sucked just as much as sandeep in India.
If your package doesn't make it on time, that means your fucked. UPS can do little about it.

i believe you. we ordered a gift from nordstoms and the man claimed it got to our door and we didnt answer despite us being home..so the next day he came left a note saying he delievered it and left. no package. we called and complained and no one could accurately tell us where the shit was..so the company told us it would be easier to drive over and pick a new gift up ourselfs than to go through the shippers again.
If you go to the Emergency Room at a hospital do not be rude to any of the
staff. The nurse will let everyone in the department know and you make a long ER visit
3 times longer.
When a patient is in surgery and the doctor either drops an important
piece of a kit (deep line kits, canon catheters, stents for ureters etc) or messes up
entirely a whole new kit is opened up. Guess who pays the
bill? No big deal right? Well some of these kits can go from $250
to $1000 's easily.
BTW some people think hospitals are clean places.
Actually the opposite is true. It is one of the filthiest places you can go
When the low paid transporters are moving a contaminated, infectious patient,
to various areas of the hospital for exams, they are touching the same elevator
buttons you are.

I'm not sure if it's well known, but the place you are most likely to get sick is the hospital (assuming you were healthy before you arrived).

When I went to the ER once I was in the area where the doctor's would see you (It was a large room with lots of beds, each section was separated by the green curtains so you couldn't see anybody else) and in the next bed there was some kid who had was there because he was picking the scab off his butt hole because it was infected and itchy (probably from picking, vicious cycle). I think he was a heavy and a bit handicapped because four nurses went in there and had to hold him down while the doctor administered ointment. He kept making yelling and moaning noises.

You are correct. Its called a nosocomial infection.
Good hand washing is of up most importance when you come visit. Before
during and after.
If you are a patient, well I feel sorry for you.
If I could just convince rednecks and ghetto dwellers
the importance of hand washing my life would be complete.

1. It's safe to assume that a good portion of the service staff has hooked up with each other.
2. Be skeptical of how your prime rib is cooked. It is possible to make medium rare prime look like well done prime.....just depends how long you dip it in Au Jois. Our kitchen does that if we run out of a certain temperature.
3. If you are rude, ignorant, or a hot chick.....the whole service staff will hear about it and come walk by your table to see what you look like
4. As posted earlier about hotels: if you are willing to complain....you will be comped. Managers are pussies when it comes to people being pissed off and their way of getting you to STFU is to pay for your meal.
5. Servers at my restaurant eat the food there all the time.......you almost NEVER see a kitchen worker eat it.
Why would they come to see what you look like, and how did they hear about it?
