No it won't. I've spilled countless drops of H2SO4 on skin, clothes, etc. Even on skin it really doesn't burn that much. It will put nice neat holes in cotton (t-shirts, etc). Jeans will get very small holes that are frayed on the edges. My leather steel-toes have never been damaged by spilled acid. The same goes for conc. NaOH. Spilling some on your hand or arm is not going to cause you any major irreparable harm unless you just let it sit there for a LONG time, or spill alot and douse your arm. The worst that's really going to happen is a bald spot and a irritated red area that may or may not peel depending on how quickly you washed it off.
Even pirahna solution (3 parts H2SO4, 1 part hydrogen peroxide, two strong oxidizers) doesn't burn too badly, although there is potential risk of explosion.
