Hello, my name is urban, and I started training because of dragonball Z. Yes, its true. My routines sucked balls and I used to think bodyweight and high reps was teh uber sexy, but if it weren't for that show I probably wouldn't be lifting today.

Man, I used to do sets of 50-100 pushups everyday when I was in my early teens all because I was inspired by Goku's space shuttle flight to Frieza's planet

Join the club, I really wanted to find some way to increase gravity to make my pressups more difficult (never though of adding weight, nevermind).

God, my training used to suck.

I wonder if I can fast-track my strength training by getting REALLY pissed off and going Super-Saiyajin. . .

All you need is some peroxide and a fuck-ton of hair gel.

alright im taking this thread to where it needs to be, anyone else here actually train kickboxing mma etc will know what im talking about, but training itself in a combat sport is just like going up powerlevels in dbz as you get faster stronger better technique etc, anyone who plays rpgs can relate i always feel like im leveling up as months of training go by its sweet.

Oh and no lie, every time i get injured i take time off come back and im always BETTER then i was before the injury... am i saijan?
