How do you guys do that thing where you link a site but replace the actual link address with text?

Like for example, you put up a link that says hot babe and you click on it and you get rick rolled.

I read how to do this once, but it seemed really complicated so I just decided it wasn't that important. I know that doesn't answer your question or anything, but that's all I've got.
