a turtle could be born without a shell but couldnt live because the shell is part of its ribs and spine so if anything it could be a "GIANT" turtle fetus, but I dont think any turtle fetuses are that big. So there is no way it is a turtle

Yeah first thought when I heard about this. Very secure facility. One time a family friend worked there on maintenance or something. When his underling drilled a hole through a wall his clothes were taken disposed of and he had a fun decontamination. Sketchy place they made sure they couldn't see anything.

I dont know what the hell it is. but my money would be on decomposing pitbull. the raccoon theory is also crediable but the animal looks to big to be a racoon.
