The reason the games are not running as well is because the developers have had more time to spend on the 360 so far.
In terms of the future the ps3 has more potential, i will admit the 360 has a better selection of games and a good online experience but next year the ps3 will have some excellent games out and we will see the true power of the consoles.

The PS3 might have a faster CPU than X360, if it is fully tapped, but the X360 has the superior GPU in it.

Yes so you agree that the ps3 that the ps3 has more power, i have said that they have not or might not use this power properly and xbox might get a superior product for the market, but it is not more powerful than a ps3.

Plain and simple:

It could, but it would make the console cost $2000+, to install all the fans and cooling devices, to run the CELL at max on all 9 cores.......which you will never get in a PS3. It's like tuning up a car, you would have to add all kinds of stuff to get more power out of it.

Like with a p.c, if you do not have a powerful graphics card, it does not matter how fast a CPU is.....and X360 has the superior graphics card in it.

So I heard the rumors of 360 dominanting PS3 so I decided to check the numbers for myself and in 1 year PS3 has sold 4.8 million units and in 2 years 360 has sold 10.5 million not that big of a difference considering most consoles are sold during the holiday season and 360 has had two holiday seasons compared to PS3's one
