It is great to see that these sailors/marines are home, and I am sure what they went through was very difficult. That having been said, I think they may be in some trouble. Not so much the confessions, because those could easily have been coerced but things like thanking the Iranian President for their stay and being photographed opening up gifts in England from the President of Iran are not appropriate for British military personnel. Again I am not trying to judge because I was not there but I am thinking any of the above and many other things they allegedly did or did not do could be landing them in some hot water
