Be careful with parvo, sometimes tests come up with false negatives. I had a doberman puppy about a year ago and she had the same symptoms, I got the dog to a vet and he told me everything was fine, no parvo. I then waited another day and the situation was getting worse very quickly so I got her to another vet and this one told me it was parvo (he also told me that some vets will tell you the dog is fine because they don't accept parvo cases since its highly contagious). Costed me about 1,000$, the dog stayed there for over a week but survived.
I hope for you its not parvo... parvo is a bitch!
Get a second opinion by another vet and let us know how it goes
