Yeah, what I meant is if there was any problems with him he would have told you. It will probably pass with the med. Do you expect people on sherdog who havn't seen your dog and got a vague description to give you more information than someone who does that for a living?

If he continues to be sick in a couple dies take him back or to another vet.

Did they give him an x-ray? Perhaps he has eaten something bad, like a bone.

Sometimes animal don't eat because their intestines or stomach is blocked by a piece of plastic or rubber. It usually causes death unless treated surgically.

your chief concern should be that the dog stays hydrated. vomiting will being on dehydration very quickly so he should be getting lots of liquids. go to the grocery store RIGHT NOW and buy a pack of chicken thighs or breasts and boil them in water for a half an hour. feed him the broth. this will get some nutrients and water into his system and he will be more likely to drink it than water because it smells like chicken.

I would talk him to a new vet asap. for certain call your vet tonight or tomorrow and ask him. They usually say rice as that is easy on the stomach, but if he isn't hungry, then there might be something else wrong. what tests did the vet do?

the same thing was happening to my dog a few years ago. turned out she ate some of the insulation from beneath our house. the first vet didn't catch it but the second one did. my guess is get another vet

It's only been a day since his vet visit then? Maybe wait another day? Or like others have said take the poor guy to another vet.
