From your initial post, I didn't get even the slightest feeling you gave this girl any positive signs at all. She went out of her way to get your attention too. Were you into her initially or you were just neutral about the idea, because it honestly comes off as you not really caring either way. I think that's why she droped the idea all together.

Yeah, it didn't really cross my mind at first. When I first met her I thought she might be a little weird. The second time I thought, "Hmm." The third time we hit it off pretty good. She is gorgeous and didn't seem to have any issues, so when I was thinking about it afterward I decided I should make a move the following week. Of course she wasn't there that night, and when I ran into her the next night at the show...

Guess I'll play it by ear this week. I'd love to comment on the crappy drink service and imply that she was bothered by what I said, but I'm sure that's a bad idea.

Unless I should open with some kind of apology? Or am I better off just sticking to my guns and playing it off like nothing happened?

No apology for sure, then you're a pussy. No criticism about the drink service, because that will get you nowhere. If you think she is still interested, just go for it while there is still a chance and if it doesn't work, who cares? You saved yourself a lot of worry by just getting it over with.

Okay if you really wanna ask her out, you better do it before it's too late (it might already be...). You were such an ignorant fellow last time so a little apology could be nice move. If things starts to look good again, don't hesitate to ask her out!
