if you havent seen it add buffalo 66, also add dogville and manderlay if you havent seen them. they are directed by lars von trier (breaking the waves, the idiots, dancer in the dark) they are shot on a soundstage where most of the props are only represented by chalk drawings, both films have alot of political undertones to them as well. if you havent seen anythingd irected by todd solondz check his stiff out, he's directed welcome to the dollhouse, happiness storytelling and palindromes all very very dark comedies.

david lynch if you're not familiar is great too. also some of the old film noir's are really great stuff like the third man, double indemnity breathless.

I'm adding Zombie Strippers for some grindhouse shlock. I know I'm going to hate it as a film, but let's hope the bewbs make up for it.

dirty rotten scoundrels was a fantastic movies. You might also check out the remake of Get Carter with Sly in it.

fuck has anyone else had the problem of making posts and they don't show up until you post again? also check out some of david mamet's stuff he's one of the best screenwriters out there.
