I'm watching P2 right now, and all I can say is that this film is underrated. It got blasted by the critics, and although it's not going to be the best film you have ever seen, I still think it's a very good movie, well worth watching. 8/10.
My copy of Lock Up messed up, so I didn't get to finish the film, but this is a great prison movie from the 80's (starring Sly). I'm glad I watched it again, and hopefully I can finish it soon. I remember seeing it as a kid, but the only thing I remembered about the movie was the bench press incident.
i watched P2 one night but ended up falling asleep. all i remember is they casted a hot girl and made her look like shit.

good acting, strong story(based on real events and all that) jsut well crafted
but as it progressed it lacked excitment. maybe jsut because it was not what I expected. with all these thrilelr nowadays you expect a twist and none came

Well it was based on real events so I didn't know what you wanted. I thought it was real good.
I really wasn't expecting much of The Kingdom but I slowly found myself enjoying it especially the tense action finale. I'd probably give it a 6.5/10 or 7/10. I watched it again on cable about a month ago and it has good replay value.
