The action sequences were decent but overall the movie could use some tweaking.

I really wish I had seen Big Trouble in Little China when it was released. I was just a kid and I know I would have loved it. I watched it for the first time about a year or two ago and loved it. I even watched it recently, though I still have tons of other movies to watch.

Hey flemmy, no rush but let me no when the list is done. I might need it for another thread.

Wild Strawberries is a great movie. It's the first Bergman film that I've seen and I had no idea what to expect prior to watching it. Like you said, it was a more emotional approach and that's probably what made it more easier to identify with. It was more humanistic and I think that's what made it a more enjoyable film than Seventh Seal. 8.5/10

ok will.
right now i'm waiting on....
YEAHBEE to add a 25th movie.
HH needs to rework his list because i can't count "The Star Wars Trilogy" and "Godfather I & II" as one spot.
Skuf has to add 5 more movies.
Valkyrie hasn't responded, and i doubt she will, to me and bullitt's request to order her list.
sweede and h33zy have until Yeahbee, HH, and Skuf oblige to send in their lists...if they don't i'm moving on anyway.
the workload here is ridiculous, and i didnt expect it. i haven't even begun to start adding the scores. i want to get this done, so if yeahbee, skuf, and hh fail to correct their mistakes in like the next 24 hours i'm going to have to take certain liberties and move forward.

If I were you I'd super simplify the scoring scale. With the amount of submissions and only 25 movies on each one, it won't make much difference.

it makes a huge difference. the adding isn't the hard part, and as i'm going through it, i'm realizing more and more that the system is really good - the movies that show up on the most lists will be the ones at the top of the list. Which is, at least imo, how it should be. its more geared toward the group than the individuals...
but the hard part is getting everything organized, which wouldn't be any different regardless of the scoring system. i'm listing everything alphabetically so that a) i don't fuck anything up and b) i can find everything easily.
i have a list of like 350 movies that i'm trying to organize with the point totals next to em. and i have to keep backchecking to make sure i didn't make any mistakes. i'm adding individual lists in one by one to the mega-list...so once i get these last 4 lists (6 if sweede and h33zy send one in on time), everything will be organized and i'll be able to go ahead and start tallying. the tallying is just simple addition.
