Hell, might as well give another review.
I watched Empire of the Sun last night. It's a Steven Spielberg movie made in 1987 about a British family separated in China at the start of WWII. It stars Christian Bale, and it's funny to see the future Batman as a child. Also in the movie is the overrated John Malkovich, and someone I didn't expect - Ben Stiller.
As with a lot of Spielberg movies, parts of the movie are brilliantly done, and other parts are boring. The movie was 2 1/2 hours long, and could have easily been cut down by 45 minutes.
Empire of the Sun = 7.5/10. Not something I'd want to watch again.

You obviously haven't seen Havoc. When a movie sucks SO BAD it isn't worth sitting through to see Anne Hatheway's jugs, you know it's a terrible movie.

I was just thinking, and one actor I feel is really underrated is Val Kilmer. His role as Doc Holiday in Tombstone is hilarious, and his role as Gay Perry in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is even better. Seems to me he deserves more recognition when talking about good performances. Oh, and I almost forgot about Heat.
Speaking of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, there's a great movie everyone should watch. One of my favorite comedies, and the real movie that revived Downey Jr's career.

And to spam this thread just a tad more, here's an interesting site I stumbled upon a while back
listentoamovie.com
Basically, it's a site where you can LISTEN to movies. I know that sounds dumb, but for movies you are very familiar with, it's kind of like listening to an audio book. When I'm tired of listening to music at work, i'll fire this up and grab something with good dialog to help pass the time.
Obviously if you can just watch the movies, it's a waste, but if you're working it's good to listen to
