I watched L.A. Confidential tonight for this first time since the turn of the millenia.



Fantastic acting, excellent plot twists, old-school good cop/bad cop action, sharp dialog, no fluffy character development...this is a damn good movie.

There's really not much else that needs to be said about it. If you're a movie fan, you should see it.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT watch The Scorpion King 2, unless you really like watching shitty movies. That movie was TERRIBLE, and Randy Couture's acting was even worse.

I think it's a damn shame that Strikeforce is letting Cung Le go out and make movies without defending the belt at least once since he won. Anytime a fighter does not defend his belt for over a year, he should be stripped of the belt, IMO. It's not fair for the other fighters.
