Never Back Down was actually better. Doesn't say much, but definitely not deserving of all the lame vitriol thrown at it by "hardcore" fans as if a good MMA-themed movie is possible. Although Bonner's new film may argue otherwise.

As for Piven, I think he has the potential to be a good, versatile, actor even if he's horribly one note. Cusack gets credit for not being one note for whatever reason, but is.

What were they trying to fuck Terry over with when they sent him the watch? They couldn't have known about the marble idea or his wife's business. The only thing they could have knowingly wanted from him was his fight choreographing based on him saving Tim Allen in the bar, which never became an issue.
