who are you asking?

You, specifically. But everyone should go see it, sure.

yes, and it is very good..though I haven't seen it in quite a while.

I posted this before but these are the Coen films that I like:

Blood Simple
Raising Arizona
Miller's Crossing
Fargo
(far and away their best, IMO)
Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?
No Country for Old Men
Burn After Reading

If you like Burn After Reading and not The Big Lebowski, you don't like to laugh a lot. You prefer a chuckle here and there.

I'm only kidding.

In all honesty I don't rank CLERKS that high, but as I hope I've made clear nothing can take away from why you rate the film so highly. How about you tell us what does it for you?

I CLEARLY stated above that I was in the minority on my opinion about that movie, Flemmy. I have discussed TBL enough in this thread...The Dude just didn't do it for me.

I had high hopes for it and I only chuckled a couple of times.

Burn After Reading was better IMO, but even that movie could have been better...again, IMO.

***REQUEST***

Can't we just assume that everything in this thread is opinion and no one person's opinion is inherently more valid than another's (except Bullitt's, of course).

*everything under REQUEST is in jest...I do have my big girl panties on...
