Not all of them are developed by Sony, but Killzone was supposed to come out this year and so was FF. I think GT5 was supposed to be released this Xmas also.

This RPG was announced for PC, 360, and PS3. The original press releases have since been removed from 10tacle Studios' website (http://www.10tacle.de/index.php?id=274&L=1) but the gamespot and IGN pages remain. Only the PC and 360 are mentioned on recent press material.

Bioshock also comes to mind....maybe Half-Life: Orange Box is next.

PS3 is basically done. It cannot generate the user base needed to entice developers to commit to exclusives. Developers are no longer able or willing to do that, since they do not believe the game sales will be sufficient to give them profits.

I was waiting to buy a PS3, but there's no point now. The Xbox has far more top games, and the exclusivity momentum is going its way. I'm just gonna buy it as soon as the new chipset version is available.

With Bioshock, Halo 3, and the Orange Box, Xbox has just jumped too far ahead.

Toshiba didn't buy the PS3, they bought the factory that makes the processor for the PS3.

I own both, and I can tell you I'm looking forward to the PS3 '08 line up much more than I am the 360's.

Btw as of Nov. 2. there's a $400 PS3 40 GB available.

The price set is pretty comparable to the 360's now,

$350 for the 360 Pro
$400 for the PS3 40 GB
$450 for the 360 Elite
$500 for the PS3 80 GB
