Russian "Numbers Station" changes after 20 years

Some of you may remember an old thread about unexplained phenomenon that capture your interest. Here is the original thread. Well, in that thread I posted about number stations (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numbers_station) and one of the more popular ones, UVB-76 has changed up its message. I know a few of you in the that thread had an interest in this, so I'm posting this bit of news.

"Following days of increased activity, the Russian numbers station UVB-76 has sent out a new voice transmission. The transmission, sent out on August 23, 2010 at 9:35AM PST, recited the following in Russian: 'UVB-76, UVB-76 - 93 882 naimina 74 14 35 74 - 9 3 8 8 2 nikolai, anna, ivan, michail, ivan, nikolai, anna, 7, 4, 1, 4, 3, 5, 7, 4' The station, believed to be a part of the former Soviet Union's dead man's switch system, has been continually broadcasting for over twenty years, and its purpose has never been fully explained."

I found this part of the Wiki article particularly interesting:

It has long been speculated, and was argued in court in one case, that these stations operate as a simple and foolproof method for government agencies to communicate with spies working undercover. According to this theory, the messages are encrypted with a one-time pad, to avoid any risk of decryption by the enemy. As evidence, numbers stations have changed details of their broadcasts or produced special, nonscheduled broadcasts coincident with extraordinary political events, such as the August Coup of 1991 in the Soviet Union

I guess we should be on the lookout for an extraordinary political event then, eh?

Well they did just deport a bunch of russian spys right? Maybe has something to do with that.
