Rich, Alpo, and Azie: one of the most infamous New York City drug kingpins
Now, here is the uncut documentary of the rise and fall of Richard Porter, AZ, and Alpo in their pursuit of the Amercian dream, living by the code of the streets. They became major players in the New York drug trade by the ages of 16 and 17.
Flamboyant and ruthless, they made street history, millions of dollars, and became role models to many. However, ultimately, their greed and treachery led to kidnapping, betrayal and death.
Rich Porter; Porter was known for his flamboyance and high-profile lifestyle.He started selling drugs when he was 12 and by time he was 18 owned a brand new BMW. It was rumored that he never wore the same outfit twice and kept a garage in Manhattan filled with dozens of luxury cars. This trio also did many dealings with mafioso Ian "E.N." Saporita, before he was shot and killed in front of a bodega in Harlem. Rich Porter was murdered by Alberto "Alpo" Martinez and an accomplice on or around the night of Jan 3,1990 over drug money that Porter was suppossed to have owed to "Alpo".
Alberto "Alpo" Martinez; Alberto "Alpo" Martinez was a Puerto Rican Drug Lord who rose to power in the 1980's alonogside Richie Porter and Azie Faison. The majority of his trade was centralized around the North East in cities of New York City, Virginia Beach and Washington DC. On the night of January 4th, 1990 Martinez and an accomplice murdered Rich Poter. Porter was murdered beacuse of drug money he supposedly owed Martinez. In the issue of F.E.D.S. magazine he explains how he killed his good friend: "My man Gary shot him twice, but Rich didn't die so than i shot him. I know he felt something because i had to pry his hands off the door knob. Did I kill Rich yes, yes i did kill Rich but it wasnt personal it was business". Martinez is currently serving a life sentence for 13 homicides including the murder of Rich Porter.
Az; While working in the cleaners Ace meets a pretty rich Hispanic who askes him to wash a pair of pants for him. Ace finds coke in his pants and is baffled because the guy does not look like a drug dealer because he is not flashy or anything. The local drug dealer Calvin is locked up at the time so Ace takes over his strip. Mitch is not messing with Ace because he does not sell coke, but after he gets arrested he starts becomes partners with Ace dealing crack with Rico. The trio are extremely well known in harlem. Ace is quiet and tries to remain low profile, while Rich is a hood rich pretty boy, and Alpo is a killa who ain't afraid to let it be known.
