1. of course not. why would nintendo support something that lets you download all their games for free.
2. the r4ds cartridge has a slot for a micro SD card (which may or may not be included when you buy the r4, depending on the website you get it from). you take the micro SD card out, put it in a USB adapter, or some other type of adapter that fits your computer (again, may be included with your package, or you can buy any type of adaptor from any computer store). then you download a game off of the various rom sites and just use windows explorer to put them on your micro SD card, the same way youd put a file into any other folder on your PC. when your done, plug the microSD back into the r4ds, thats it.
3. theyre exact copies of the games.
4. of course. i dont play any video games or anything, but I have a DS. the r4ds from the site i got it from included a 1gig microSD card, and USB adapter. the total cost was less than the price of 2 DS games. with this, you can download and try as many different games you want without worrying if you'll be wasting your money them or not. along with the fact that you can get games before theyre even in stores (i downloaded the new zelda game earlier)
