Random Facts Thread

Self-explanatory.

I discovered this years ago when Windows XP first came out. Type 'nely' into Microsoft sam -- or almost any microsoft text to speech engine -- and you'll hear either North Eastly or Morphesly.

To get there on Vista go Control Panel, Classic View, Speech Recognition, and then on the left text to speech.

Surefire cure for hiccups:

cover a glass of water with a napkin and drink through it. Not necessarily a fact but I've never seen it not work.
