Exactly, a lot of guys think if they say another guy is good looking that people are gonna interpret that as him being attracted to him. Guys are too paranoid about stuff like that.

oh for heaven...

of course guys can tell when other guys are good looking. There are certain criteria of beauty everyone's aware of. I can tell if a guy is good looking. Although sometimes I'm surprised by girls telling me a guy I thought was good looking being ugly to them and vice versa.

I notice that too, you see some guys who look like shrek and some girls saying how attractive they are, there are cases like that which make no sense to most guys.

For the most part I can tell the difference. Every once in a while my wife will say that some celeb is hot and I just don't see it. I think there are things other than traditional physical beauty that a straight guy doesn't pick up on.

There is nothing gay about recognizing good looks in another man. A guy can recognize a good looking dog, horse, car, etc. without wanting to sex them up.

I have to agree with most of the posters here. I can also tell the difference between ugly guys and really good looking guys. Average guys and good lookers? Totally clueless. Hell, there's been times when women have said a guy is really good looking, and I thought the dude was ugly, so in the end wtf do I know...
