won't most girls that go to clubs just give out their numbers to any guy they think is cute anyways? i guess it builds some sort of confidence with women and in general, but beyond that...
anyone here get laid regularly using pua techniques? is this the biggest reason people are interested in pua? or is it some retard idea that by approaching 1000x as many women you will find that certain one, cos white knight syndrome is what got you into your box of fail to begin with.
there's to my eyes a few problems with pua- and i don't wanna play the negative nelly here but still, an undercurrent of thought exists that:
a- women should be judged on appearance only
b- being self-centered = being confident
c- somehow we are revealing this big secret to you
a) well on average a good looking girl has struggled less in life, so she's probably about as deep as a coat of paint; or she's had to struggle a lot harder because of her looks, which means shes so sharp your dick will get razor burn.
b) confident people have a sense of self-worth, egotistical people have an inflated sense of self-worth
c) its no big secret, its just a game. women play it, men play it. life is about smiling and lying as convincingly as possible to the douche bag left of you, then looking right and seeing a bigger douche bag smiling back.
what is good about pua is that it teaches you a lot about how we interact, and what makes a good first impression. picture your next job interview as a piece of ass. you might as well try to fuck it before it fucks you, over and over for the next monotonous 25 years of your marriage-divorce-alimony-alcohol filled life.

I think its worth it--- Id rather be with quality girls than butterfaces that will make you miserable
I was watching this mystery dvd and he says-- "Getting a 10 (a hot girl) is like getting a porsche, guys will treat you differently and so will other girls, your socail value will go up"

First of all, he selected a good target.
She was obviously bored/not having a good time. He then strolls in confidently and completely dominates the conversation by demonstrating high social value. The fact that he basically kept interupting her, but also complimented her, played into the push-pull theory (where you slightly insult them, but reel them back with a compliment, thus creating sexual tension). I wouldn't reccommend not letting a girl get a word in under normal circumstances, but under the conditions of the game ("The Narcissist"), he played it perfectly. Fact of the matter is, most single girls in clubs/bars are just waiting for some knight in shining armour to leap in and sweep them off their feet, and that's exactly what Eyal did.

His opener was bad. Although it's generally more about how you say things, not what you say , his offer sounded like he was trying to hustle the girl out of a drink. He should have built more attraction with her and been more subtle about it, maybe used some humor or whatever. I don't think he made a mistake by walking away at the end, the set was pretty much lost at that point.

Being very shy, I have given serious thought about learning to be a PUA.
However, at the end of the day, I am happy with who I am and would rather focus on genuine self improvement (be it getting stronger, reading more, trying new things etc)
I had a friend that delved into the PUA lifestyle, and to be honest, he is pretty much a classless jackass. He always feels the need to put others down (negging) in an attempt to raise his percieved social value.
I figure a person who really has it all together shouldn't have to remind everyone why he/she is so great.

Isn't learning to interact with new people easily and naturally "trying new things", or "genuine self improvement."
I'm definitely not a PUA, but I really don't see anything wrong with it. Even Dr. Phil agrees it's a good thing.
