question on pregnancy

Hi guys and girls. Hopefully there are some girls in this forum too. Well I'm kind of scared. So my girlfriend has been taking the pill regularly she says for a while now. Well we aren't using protection. We had sex on saturday and wednesday nites. All of a sudden shes feeling nauseous now starting with last nite.

So how long would it take for a girl to feel the signs of pregnancy. I don't think it would happen this soon right. She didn't take the pill this morning because her package was gone. Does that mean its still possible my sperm can be living in her? She took the pill yesterday morning. Her period is coming on saturday or at least should be. If a woman just got pregnant would she still have it? Or is the missed period part of pregnancy only after she is a month pregnant or so?

Thanks for any help.

It's possible for a woman to "spot" after conception. Sperm can live for three or so days inside her body. Some women know they're pregnant the moment it happens, some are very, very clueless.

Pregnancy's possible.

However, why don't you look for other things that may have caused her nausea?

Advice? I think you should drop the forty bucks for the Pregnancy Test and find out. Put your mind at ease, or work towards an amicable solution. It's gonna be what it's gonna be, but I guarantee you'll feel better having acted on it sooner rather than later.

Congratulations on getting pregown3d.

Your chances are good but if you're concerned about it, pick up a home pregnancy kit. Inexpensive, instant, and reliable. If she is pregnant, you want to know as soon as possible so that you can start to plan your next move(s).

Thanks for the re-assuring words artoffighting.

My girlfriend got the pregnancy test. She will use it after she gets off work. You're supposed to use that one for 7 straight days to be sure. we will find out soon.

I thought for the best results was to use it in the mornings after waking up. Good luck though.

Thanks Matt and Orsyn. She took the pregnancy test last nite at like 11 and it returned negative. It said you have to check 7 days in a row to be certain and to take it between 10am and 8 pm for some reason. Would her having her period on saturday mean we would be in the clear?

That'd be a good sign, especially if it's normal, as opposed to spotty.

a lot of them aren't accurate enough to detect pregnancy in it's early stages because the hormone levels don't change enough to be detected in the urine, but today they make some that are. It seems little soon to get nausa from being preggo though.

Yes women can still have a FULL cycle when preggo if her cycle is close to the conception date.

She should call her OBGYN and ask what to do about the pill. If she is preggo....she probably needs to stop taking it pronto...but call the doc to be sure.

Thanks for the help guys.

Girljock, do you know of any good pregnancy tests that could detect it in the early stages?
