Well, have you got proof of a copyright? If you have, you go to your solicitor, and you can then issue them a court summons for what they owe you, along with breach of contract and perhaps even some kind of damages as well

How much money?

If it is a lot then get a lawyer, if it isn't worth it then just tear them a new one via the internet.

In America, if you have some kind of proof of origional copy right, you can have your lawyer issue a "cease and desist" order that requires them to immediately take the web site down.

I say you go there with some buddies and tear their offices apart.

But then again....that's just the RC talking.

Well, if you are successful in suing for breach of copyright, they pay your solicitors fees aswell, so you can get more out of them.

If you have proof that you created it first (software/pogramming date stamp?) then you should be able to pwn them.

You should post this thread in the OT too...

...please?

Get a lawyer if they directly stole it from you and the company has money. He will tell you what to do if he thinks it's a viable case. Go to a lawyer with a free consultation and you won't be out any more chedder, just an hour of your time.
