Well, there may not be such a thing as a personality disorder in the sense of having a physical sickness. However an individual's dimension of personality factor traits can reach an extent to which they are at risk of harming themselves or others. Because of this risk, individuals may have a "disorder" in their lives. Nonetheless, personality traits are very important in maintaing a good mental health, and a large influence on behaviour. Psychology has great utility and is not a big pseudo science.
