On the home page in the description you can find a link to the walkthrough. You should find an explanation of the basics of the game there. If after that you have any other questions, feel free to ask here.

how do i get more sparring points? i used all mine up already and i won my fight but no more points for sparring and the walkthrough doesn't mention it
