Blue Fish. Bleed it as soon as you catch it, that makes all the difference. fry the steaks with onions and Lemon pepper 4 min. each side. Thats it

Fish with onions ? Not too sure about that combo.

hey iwannafightu2, why don't you share yours first !

I know a great recipe, it's called prune tart with Armagnac, it's a recipe from Gascony and it's very easy to make, I let you google it. If you don't have Armagnac, use Rum.

grinde some coriander, roast some peanuts then mix that into a blender with plenty of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and coconaut milk. Pour it over some chicken filé, beef or fish, put the creation in the oven for a while, cook some nudles with a mix of your preferd vegetables and some chopped onions and chili and alotta Soya sauce and serve
