Obsolete Man=Testament to Todays Society and Goverment?

It is absurd to compare todays goverment and current situation to a Television show from the 50s and 60s. I find it disturbing however to find that this IS what is come to happen or happening in the United States of America rite now. Especially from what I read on the side bar in the video. Please Discuss.

Agent Smith from the Matrix seems to be a copy of that government official. Both his lines and his speech patterns, as well as his basic ideas.

I highly suggest a short story by Ayn Rand entitled "Anthem". You can find it several places online.

Ummm, huh? Is there some crisis going on in the world? Historically speaking, no. Not even close. Pessimistic worriers who live in constant irrational fear like some of you are my biggest problem.

Turn off the TV (FOXnews?) and look around. I'm not a pessimist - I'm a realist.
