Ninja Scroll....best action movie ever?
That may be exaggerating a bit. At least, I think it is, though. Anyone else seen it? The action scenes are the best I've seen in any movie/anime alike.
2nd place goes to FF7: Advent Children.

no. this is wrong. the good guys really win in the end because Lynn basically convinced Raoh to stop being such an ogre and turn into a good guy.
the point being...that to save a dying planet, and a dying human race...more killing is not the solution. the solution is hippie shit like love, peace, mercy, healing, etc... basically all the stuff that an uber-masculine-tyrannosaurus like me hates (j/k)
Raoh turning good by showing compassion meant hope for the future, therefore is a win for the good guys __________________

She just didn't want to see Ken die. Roah proved stronger in the end. He should have been the FOTNS from the beginning.
Ninja Scroll did have fantastic actions scenes. I'd consider it the best ninja/samurai anime. __________________

It started out good but went too much over the top, tranforming into frekkin huge ass dragons and whatnot
Rurouni Kenshin OVA1 is the best anime ever and one of the best movies period
