Need advise on lousy neighbors

O.k. so my new neighbors acroos my street are RENTING a house, and since they moved in have been complete A**holes.
theres no HOA, and everyone on the block is cool. last week, my buddy got a flat on his car, so he took his rim off and we went o get a new tire put in, we come back and the cops are towing his car! cops say "we have a report of an inoperable vehicle"
then this whole week everyone on the block has been getting shit from the cops i.e. registration tickets, notices etc.
everyone knows its the new neighbors, so I said f' it.
I start my motorcycle up at 5 am EVERY DAY, and rev the shit out of it to wake them up.
5 minutes later...cops show up again...good thing im in uniform (paramedic), and nothin happened.

What can I do LEGALLY to get these neighbors out?

hahaha, I dont want to go to jail man. was thinking more along the lines of gas on their lawn, nails in tires, etc.

My buddy painted his truck and parked it in the front yard last night when his neighbor left an anonymous note that his truck was an eyesore. If there is no HOA, you have options.

dont have that option (truck wise) turned on my race bike at 5 again, blew up my tire doing burnouts right by their driveway.

You and the neighborhood gotta call them on petty BS just like they do you. They can't handle a full neighborhood's worth of complaints. Be extra anal like they do. Return their love with tickets and notices, and do whatever you can to get their car towed, because you care

I thought you didn't want to go to jail. Anyway, you really only have a couple of options. You can ignore them, or you can be petty like they are and report them for minor infractions every 5 minutes like someone else suggested.

Aside from that I'm not sure what you can do, unless you want to start a homeowner's association.

This would be the correct answer...foolish mortal, you have already lost...you react to them...they own you...anger is the antidote to happiness...ignore them and they will implode under a duress of their own making...calling the cops isn't cool but it shows they are willing to harass you within certain boundaries...THEY WANT YOU TO CROSS THOSE BOUNDARIES and step into their world...don't take the bait...live life and be happy, the cops will soon tire of their calls...

have your girl/wife cook them a pie, knock on the door w/ a big smile and welcome them to the neighborhood, but then politely voice all the concerns straight out a blutnly to them (without being rude)

if you intimidate them with your polite but serious convo they will quit buggin you, but most likely turn up the asshole calls on the other neighbors
