My trivial hypothesis which Ive discovered since moving to Japan.

The greater the access one has to high speed internet, the lower their attention span becomes over time.

Discuss?

(The reason Ive come upon this is that while living here, I have had day long access to incredibly fast internet, and over the course of the time, my attention span and concentration levels for non internet academic activities has plummeted. Nearly everyone else I know here has said the same thing, at home I had at all times 4 or 5 books on the go and read about 3 or 4 hours a day, here I cant read for more than 30 minutes without stopping to check my email or check in here to see if anyone took the bait in one of my goading posts, and usually then I get sidetracked or end up on youtube looking up rubbish!! I know a lot of it has to do with access to spoken English being a luxury here, but still, Im hoping when I got back to college Im gonna be able to get back into it)

This is a trivial hypothesis. Next please.

Actually after reading your paragraph, I'm more confused than before. When I'm on the net, yes, I expect high speed. In real life I expect normal speeds. Even if they upset me.

On another subject, How do you like living in Japan? I'm guessing you use to live in the states.

I'm asking because I have recently decided I would like to move out of the US and I would like to move to either Canada or Japan. But I need to do my research on both.

So how are things living there?

Going from reading the letters to just looking at the pictures doesn't count Mass.

Henderson is in or around Vegas, correct? Are you sick of the area and all the vacationers? I was actually planning to move to that region about a year ago but procrastinated.

Canadians can be self-loathing. I for one love my country and have lived in a few different promises. PM me of you have any questions about Canada.
