My stepdads co worker got busted...
My stepdads co worker just got arrested for kidnapping. One of his victims was an eighteen yr old male and the other and I don't know about. He got them by impersonating a police officer and handcuffing them. The eighteen yr old managed to escape in the middle of the night, completely naked, and run to the guys neighbors house and call the police. When the police got there they found torture devices and the other victim chained to a tree.
My step dad said the guy was a know it all ass hole that nobody liked. He would report anyone for the smallest things they did against the rules.
WTF is wrong with people.

Good lord, that's madness. Found a more detailed article at the Wausau Daily Herald.
A 21-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man told police he was drinking at Johnny's Bar in Wisconsin Rapids between Sunday night and early Monday, then went to his car parked outside the tavern and passed out. When he awoke, he found himself chained up and hanging inside an unfamiliar garage, with all his clothes removed.

Yeah, there's some more to that story. I don't know if I can post it here, but basically, its Saw in real life. Disgusting.
