My brother and I always have guests at his house and as he always buys the pay-per-view. I usually provide some food for the 5-10 people that show up. Here are some ideas from the stuff we have done:

Always have:
Chips and Dip or salsa
Lots of beer
A bottle or two of liquer. You can just have something cheap, we usually have Southern Comfort or Tequilla and its fun to bet shots on fights.

Main Courses:
Wings
Pizza
Ribs
Crayfish and Shrimp
Tacos

Beware that the Crayfish and shrimp boil the first time resulted in missing the first fight because it took a lot longer than I thought. Everyone always enjoys the food and with the fights this weekend being 6 or 7 hours long maybe you can use two of my suggestions.

I always look forward to MMA events for as much as hanging out with my brother and friends as the actual fights, it can be a great time!

Pizza is always a winner. Throw in some breadsticks and something "chicken" and you're good to go.
