my electric shaver sucks, suggestions?
hey just seeing what brand name or type of electric shaver everyone uses on here...for the people that shave everyday or every other...i use this braun one that doesn't have the 3 circular blade thingys, and im just seeing if the three circular blade ones work better for shaving your neck area; for a cleaner shave? The braun one that i use never makes me feel like i have a clean shave and it irritates my neck u know and gives me these red blotches and makes it itch more...im noticing fukin these electric shavers are now going for like 150$ on the internet and if its worth it, then ill pay that for a clean shave...
any advice?

I never use them. I bought 2. None of them works. Especially that Braun shaver, is crap. I go oldschool every time.

I had a foil which sucked on the neck and for longer hairs, but there may be better ones now. Then I switched to a rotary and that was better but still wound up wiping my neck quickly with a blade in the shower. Then went from that rotary to one of the new Norelco ones (Philishave in Canada) with the three rings of blades per head. This one even gets everything on the neck and I haven't touched a blade since I started using it. I have the cheapest one, but I think the heads are the same on the more expensive ones... they just have more features like displays, etc.
Avoid the self cleaning ones, they're just a gimmick to get you to buy the cleaning solution. Mine's rinsable under the tap and comes completely clean with just water.
For any model, you'll find people who praise or condemn it, but for me the new Norelco is the best I ever used.

I had my philishave for 6-7 years. Expensive as hell at the time, but the investment was worth it since it still work just as good as when I got it.

I have one of these,a philishave hq9190cc, has adjustible sensitivity (which you'll prob never use) and a charging/cleaning station which is handy. Works pretty well, tho its quite expensive. If you are looking for one you might pick up a good bargain on ebay, thats where I got mine, think it was around £130, but would have been £219 in the shops.
