My awesome April Fools joke :)

Oh God this was awesome I am so proud of myself on this. So this morning I woke up and sent told my gf that we should fake an engagement. We have been going out for 3 years and everyone is expecting us to get married anyways so its more likely they will fall for it. So we changed our Facebook relationship to an engagement and both of us changed our MSN names to shit like "OMG she said yes" and "Whoa he gave me the ring!" stuff like that.

LOL so anywho I got messages from friends, family hell even people I barely know. LOL It was awesome.

Here is the best part though, my mom uses facebook alot as she is addicted to the Pirate game lol. So she logged in this morning and freaked right out. I met up with my mom at around noon today and she was borderline ready to have a seizure/stroke in front of me because she was so pissed that she learned of my 'engagement' through facebook!

the wifey got offered all sorts of invitations for lunch and dinner today and I had random phone calls all day giving me congrats lol. my best friend even fell for it, oh man it was awesome.

I put off everything I hear on april 1st for this reason. People are so dumb... Did you see that WII spoof game? Where girls try to piss into a urinal from standing position? This guy actually thought it was real.

lol ya i figured as much, it was totally worth it tho. my gf had people reserving to take her out for the next week. I still dont know if she has informed everyone or not about it being a joke
