Well if I am not wrong isn't the fighting video game engine, that you can create and fight with any character ever made for any movie, cartoon, video game for example the likes of Popeye, Robocop, Mario, Goku etc. etc.

Yeah is illegal to have that game.

Mugen is the dude from Samurai Champloo.

Only thing I know Mugen from is Honda performance parts.
A company in Japan is named Mugen....they make all kinds of stuff for Honda cars.

most of the mugen characters and maps,mods u need can be found with google. thats how i found most of my characters before. you can normally find a lot of individual's works also but a lot of them are not in english.
