Sorry not a movie but an Episode of House (Season 3, Episode 4) : Lines In the Sand.

The part when the autisic boy gives House his PSP and Wilson says, "That was a 10."

Not a movie, but the last episodes of Six Feet Under had me sobbing like a bereaved grandmother. I've never really been affected by death before, so seeing it depicted in the show with such honesty was pretty brutal. That was the best damn TV show ever.

tons, I'm a total sap for movies, I love getting right lost inside them and if the characters are true and the director was feelin' it I just lose it... lol

Just going through my own collection:

(though most of these make me cry from positive emotion, not sadness)
Rocky 1 + 2
LOTR
Kill Bill
When We Were Kings
True Romance
Lost in Translation
Royal Tenenbaums
Whale Rider
Forrest Gump
Orange County
What Dreams May Come
In America

...sure there are many more I don't own but forget.
-flame on all ya like.
