Yeah Peppers was going to be my choice, he's a genetic freak. I just hope his play picks up next year, he was a real disappointment this year.

Shaq was definitely a dominant force in the NBA, but I don't think he was ever an athletic freak

Mario Williams, #1 pick in the 2006 NFL draft, has one-upped Peppers IMHO.

Weight: 295 lbs
Height: 6'7"
40y: 4.66 seconds
Vertical: 40 1/2"

Ri-dic-u-lous. 40 1/2 " vertical leap at 295? Are you kidding me?

LeBron James (6'8, 240lbs) - speed, hops, strength, coordination, etc.

Larry Allen (6'3, 325lbs) - probably the strongest guy ever to play in the NFL and I remember him running down a DB from behind after an interception early in his career

I doubt the Big show could do a moonsault. They would have put that on TV if it was true.

yea, good mention on LeBron especially considering the fact that he had those measurements as an 18 year old high schooler...same thing can be said of Dwight Howard...

to be those guys and have their size while still in high school is amazing...
