The Order (AKA The Sin Eater): 7% on Rotten Tomatoes? Really?

I just re-watched it today. I find it pretty entertaining.

Rotten Tomatoes gives it a rating of 7%, which means that 93% of critics hated it.

Wow!

Was it really that bad?
