LOST season finale

If you havent seen the final LOST episode for this season, DON'T READ THIS!

(I know there is a thread about the LOST season premier, but 1) I want to talk about the finale and 2) that thread is WAY too long to read.)

So, did anyone watch the Finale of LOST? What did you think? Personally, I am glad they are finally moving the story along. This is the only season so far were I feel like there is some info given to the audience and some questions answered. But of course there are new questions...

So like is Jin dead? And Michael? I think Michael is probably a goner, but I doubt Jin is dead. The flash forwards want us to think that, but who knows. Then again, even if he did get off the board before the explosion, he'd have no isalnd to swing to.

And I just figured out that Penny's dad is the Ben's nemisis! Anyone else get that?

How do you make an island disappear? I'm sorry, the rest of the questions, concerns, and what not are intriguing but...island, poof, WTF.

LOL you dont watch the show do you? While the island thing is neat, the show is more about the characters than about a magical isalnd. And really, a smoke moster is ok, but an island moving isnt? Anyway, I think the island moving was cool. I'm not sure about the special effects of the scene, but the concept it neat. I cant help but wonder if it moves on a pattern...

Plus I'm still nto sure how these stations are connected (if at all).

But how come those 'original' Others dont seem to age. I'm starting to think that this show is about Atlastis!

Yes you read it here first, this is a show about Atlastis and the people on the island who can not age are the original people from Atlantis. And they are in some kind of time bubble where they dont age.... thoughts?

Falls on the day I see my girl friend so it's an on and off thing for me. But island poof no impressy? Oh well, I guess I can always rent them, how many seasons has it been now?

Ah I see. Anyway, yeah an Island moving is neat, but that isnt the first bit of 'magic' on the show. Plus they foreshadowed that the island would move. So I guess I expected it somewhat.

But I'm surprised there arent more people on this board who watched the LOST finale (or least the show). Meh maybe viewership is declining. Anyway, I'll just make some observations for those that do watch.

In the island, there must be a 'wormhole' or something. I'm thinking that whatever it takes to move the island, requires the person to pass through, or otherwise involve themselves with the process. And in doing so the person is transported to somewhere random (in Ben's case, the desert) and the island somewhere else. I doubt Ben knows where its going or else he would have just gone back there (in his flash forward).

Maybe the islands movements are a pattern? And where is Dharma? I mean is there anyone left? There must be if they were dropping in food, but now its moved, will all this stop?

There is a huge Lost thread already. If you have questions, just post them in there and you will have a bunch of people willing to theorize with you.

Dude I saw that thread, but it's just too long to try and follow. Just post about the preimier there and finale here. It'll make it much easier.

Anyway, do you have any ideas on these theries?

Isnt it wierd that the island moved by some large wheel? That implies there where other people there before that knew about the powers. So what happened to them? I dont think it's the original Others because if they knew about it, wouldnt they protect it? Maybe they dont care about moving, but they seem to have a vested interest in keeping the island a secrect.
