Yeah I play the lotto once in a while and I thought about using those numbers. But Hurley said they were evil soooo I don't want all that.

I'm not a Lost fan but loved Cloverfield. I read that the government's insignia in Cloverfield (when it explains where the video was found in the beginning of the movie) can also be seen in Lost. So that's pretty cool how there can be monsters in the island.

I thought about it too. But I grew up in Louisiana, and I didn't really realize until I got older, but living there has made me pretty superstitious. I dare not play the numbers in fear of what could come from them.

I haven't seen Cloverfield, but wanted to ask, what's up with the govt. insignia they show in the movie? Just curious so I can find it somewhere in Lost.
And on a sidenote pertaining to Cloverfield, is the camerawork really as hand held and bouncy as shown in the trailers throughout the whole movie?

I was bored and just clicking around some of the Lost fan sites, and came across this pic and info. There was much discussion a few pages back about the coffin and who's in it. Well here it is, there were many pics of this article at different angles, but I just attached one because I'm lazy:
"The body of John Lantham of New York was found shortly after 4 am in the 4300 block of Grand Avenue.
Ted Worden, a doorman at the Tower Lofts complex, heard loud noises coming from the victim's loft.
Concerned for tenants' safety, he entered the loft and found the body hanging from a beam in the living room.
According to Jaime Ortiz, a police spokesman, the incident was deemed a suicide after medical tests. Latham (sic) is survived by one teenaged son.
Memorial services will be held at the Hoffs-Drawlar Funeral Home tomorrow evening."

As I was kinda thinking, it's someone we haven't even been introduced to yet. Maybe someone from the "rescue" is my best guess. And that coffin still looks small to me, but it appears there is an adult in it. Makes me wonder what's so bad about this guy that no one showed up for the funeral.

Here's the insignia, I guess it's suppose to be the same as the hatch? I got used to the shaky cam after 20 minutes or so. I think you'd enjoy it since you're a big Lost fan. Not everything is explained in the movie and that's why I loved it.

Ah that's what it says. I kept pausing it trying to read what it said but I couldn't read it.
Hmm who knows who that is...
