What "bad things" happened after the 6 left? I imagine the island may become unstable due to a lack of balance that Jack was to bring, or possibly another "war" between the remaining survivors and the others. As always, Lost has me guessing....
I think the only thing that's really driving Ben now is that he knows how great the island is, and the powers it holds. Though he was replaced by Locke, he still respects the island, and it is the closest thing to home he's ever had. So he wants to try and correct the wrong that has now been done to the island.

And I think you're right about the island becoming unstable after the 6 left. Jack, whether he likes it or not, he was a leader there and he just tied so much shit together as far as stability on the island. Locke basically said that last night when the two of them talked at The Orchid. I don't know if there would be a war between the survivors and the Others again. With Locke heading the Others, I just don't see him leading them all over there to start shit. I think he just wants to lead that community and unlock more of the powers and secrets of the island.

I think the bad things will do with where the island has now been moved. Maybe it's in an unstable location now, or it's now close to another land and it's been discovered or invaded by some other faction. Those are just guesses on my part.

Sorry...I don't want to wade through all the pages...I only saw a few episodes this season(I stopped watching after the 2nd season).

Is there a definitive LOST site with all the main info on what went down this past season?

Like a factual timeline thingee?

Thx in advance.

Aaron definitely has a tie to the island. As far as we know, he's the first person born on the island in a very long time. That in itself has granted him something special, he may even have a power, something that the island wants or needs for survival.

Absoutley. Hurley telling Jack "You're not supposed to raise him." and Claire telling Kate not to bring him back. I remember back to when the others were obsessed with the children, I'm guessing Aaron holds the key to birth on the island, which is something the others and the island want to know. I'm speculating that Claire somehow managed to break free of her "hypnosis" and knows that it's not in Aaron's best interest to go back to the island to be tested etc....

Who knows.

I actually saw him at LAX airport about a month ago. I was seriously considering just going up to him and being a typical asshole and probing him for info, but I didn't want to be THAT GUY.
