I am DLing the comic right now.
Thanks for the translation on those pages. I want to read the entire thing.
Anyone want to be hooked up? I'll see about getting it some place easy once it DLs. I need to wait for a seed...

Hell yeah, I wouldn't mind reading the entire comic. That'd be sweet.

It was very interesting that the Smoke Monster only killed one of the Mercs.
Also, wasn't Cayman quite idiotic to kill their only doctor?
Oh, I just realized something: Desmond doesn't have his memories of the island. He wondered what killed the Mercs, when he would have realized it was Smokey.

Are you sure he's seen Smokey? Seen Smokey do this?
And Cayman = Keamy?

Three Gun Fish:
Merc guy who looks like Sylvia. I thought his name was Cayman?
And Desmond was on the island for three years. He also was there with the Survivors for two months. I am pretty sure he'd know about the Smoke Monster, no?

I dunno. Maybe he's seen it. Maybe he's forgotten. I was asking you.
Martin Christopher Keamy?

Yes. That's him.
I thought his name was "Cayman". Must have heard it wrong the entire time.

Has anyone considered that Locke could've been hallucinating when he saw Christian and Claire in the cabin? It seems strange that they would just be sitting there in the dark the way they were when he entered.
I think it's going to come down to a struggle between three sides who all have a vested interest in the island, a holy trinity of sorts. Dharma (who I believe wants to keep the island alive for the wrong reasons); Ben, Richard, and Jacob (who want to keep the island alive for the right reasons); and Widmore (who wants to destroy the island). All of the 815 survivors were somehow put on the flight and the island by one of the three.
I also think three very important families and men tie into this: the Shephards/Christian, the Widmores/Pene's father, and the Kwons/Sun's father. I think these families and men are the forces behind: the island, Widmore (obviously), and Dharma, respectively.
Someone before was wondering the significance of Charlotte's ability to speak Korean. I'm guessing it's because she's working for Sun's father.
One last thing to ponder: Richard was very influential in Ben killing his father. He also made possible the killing of Locke's father. Richard was the person who tipped off Locke that Locke's father was the conman Tom Sawyer who James had been hunting.

The asian guy also saw Claire walk off with her father, so I doubt it was a delusion.

Why would Jin have died or not be taken off the Island earlier?

What's keeping her from just saying so?
By the way, Keamy is a bad ass. But he's too unconnected to anyone. My guess is that some insight on who he really is will be shown in an upcoming episode.
