That episode had some crazy elements. Christian walking around on the island and in Jacks flash-forward was nuts. I wonder if Jack ever finds out that Aaron is his nephew, I'm thinking so since he was hesitant at first and told Kate she wasn't related to him at all.
Between that episode and the preview for next weeks, it seems like the island doesn't let certain people die.

maybe he wasn't actually dead, or maybe he knew if he died he would need his body to go to the island where he could resurrect himself.
My theory is that Jin, Sawyer, Locke, Ben, Bernard, and Bernard's wife, and maybe Juliet are all alive on the island. I think Claire is in the middle world like Charlie and Jack's father.
I think they can all come on and off the island when they want just like Ben, and the person Kate sees is either Sawyer, Claire, or Jack's dad and she lets them see the baby.
I also think Desmond gets off the island. He better, or Penny better go to the Island.

Once again, I had to wait until today to watch (due to Iron Man).
I most certainly think Jack knows of his relation to Aaron. And I think Kate probably went to go talk to that lady that Sawyer was into before he left the island, on his behalf. And Claire's dyin'.
Also (again), what did next weeks' preview show?

I loved that episode. Really great.
I think the most important line was by Bernard's wife when she asked why does Jack get sick when everyone else gets well on the island?
What the hell happened to Claire...who has her because she would not voluntarily leave Aaron?
I loved Sawyer and his restraining order back firing on him. That mdae me laugh. Alsi loved his line about putting a boot in Miles face.
