If Sun purchased a controlling interest it doesn't need to be 50% or more depending on who owns the rest of the company. It could be a smaller percent.

But it's still a little silly that she'd get that much money. Oceanic would have to be a pretty huge airline to give out numerous settlements like that.

You're right!! I forgot all about that scene! Kate was saying something like I have to go back to see him. I have to rewatch the whole series now because I keep getting reminded of important stuff.

No, when she meets up with Jack at LAX, she says "I have to get back to him" she was referring to Aaron.

Sawyer is not in any flash forward.

People were speculating that Kate was with Sawyer when she met Jack at the airport while he was high and demanding that they go back to the island.

Kate said something to the effect that, "she had to get back to HIM". People speculated that him was Sawyer, but we found out Him = Aaron.

A week ago when Jack proposed and then confronted Kate about who she was talking to on the phone and where she was going she said she had to do what Sawyer asked her to do. It was clear Sawyer was not around and she was fulfilling a last request.

And I think the only reason they even wrote in that Sun now has a controlling percentage in her dads business is to show that she will no longer live and abide by what anyone else says. She's done that throughout her past. What her dad would say, she'd do. She was more or less a slave to Jin before the crash.

She's matured and grown as a person since being on the island. Her dad was trying to tell her what to do and this and that, and that's when she told him that she is now a majority stock holder in the business.

That's at least my hypothesis on the situation. She's just showing that she's her own person and will not stand to be controled and told what to do anymore.

There is the other flashback where Jack is basicly sober and starts thinking Kate is having an affair or whatever, she comes home and he asks and demands to know where she was and she said "she talked to him" or something to that extent.

In the midst of watching last night's episode, I also came to the conclusion that, at some point, Sawyer will die (and his request will happen because of this), as well as Desmond (because his character is pretty tragic).

And not that it will be too big of a burn, but I don't see Juliet making it thru the entire series alive either. Makes sense in some ways.

She was brought to the island to make birth possible. She ended up failing in her assignment and has been stuck there ever since. She'll end up falling before it's all said and done.
