Lost Odyssey

Anyone here played Lost Odyssey for the 360? I finished it yesterday. It's from the same man who made the Final Fantasy series. Awesome game, I love the music.

Here's the TV commercial:

Here's the game intro:

Its awesome i havent finished it yet since i have GTA4 to play now aswell. I will get back to playing it again i have jus enjoyed it so much.

I think the highlight of this game are the dreams. Its rare to find a game that can evoke such emotion out of the player.

here is one of the dreams

Yes, I love the Dreams part as well.

My favorite one is about the brown skinned bride who married Kaim's friend, but had feelings for Kaim himself.

*edit*

The Shoemaker one was very emotional as well.

The dreams have so much emotional pull it's really amazing, and it's just text on the screen. The story and text are beautifully written, especially after translation, which many games fail to do.

Sakaguchi is the man when it comes to games that truly pull at your emotional cords. Look at Final Fantasy VII, that was wonderful. With Uematsu on the soundtrack you know it will be memorable also.

I got onto disc 4 the other day and I have been mopping up some side quests. I'm actually playing LO more than GTA4 right now, but I'm a huge RPG fan.

Yeah Hannas departure was one of those dreams that really just set the tone as to what the game is getting across to you. Really just makes you think you are doing much more than playing a game.
