Acne and Oily

I post the thread here because it said Mayberry Lounge is intelligent discussion only.

I work out at fitness and come home. My hair turns more like oily and my forehead too. It caused building acne on my face. I wonder if any of you guys have any ideas how to kill oily and acne etc? Thanks for your time.

Wash your face in the sink immediately after working out. If you are stylish enough to be able to rock a sweatband it will also stop the perspiration from running down and clogging your pores.

IF its really bad iso is an option, an expensive one at that. Try some cetaphil wash or even baxter of californias. You want a cleanser and one without a fragrance is usually better.

I used to have a similar problem and found that daily facial peels work wonders for really cleaning the pours, never had a problem with acne since I started doing that in my late teens(Im 32 now). the added bonus for me now is I still get id/carded everytime I goto the bar/by booze, etc.

what kind of facial peel do you use ? (just curious) also to the TS I had mild acne in my teens and I started using tanning beds like 1 a month for like a year and I never had acne since (plus I dont even use a tanning bed anymore)

At the moment Roc resufacing facial peel. You can find a variety at your local pharmacy/drugstore, or wallmart for that matter. a note though, you should use a moisturiser afterwards as most of them are alcohol based.

if ur hair is touching ur forehead maybe u should cut it shorter.

also, try putting lotion on ur face regularly after showers and in the morning.
