I remember seeing the Lockup that this dude was on (though I never heard him talk about booty) and although he doesn't look like much I'm pretty sure he was labled as the most dangerous man in that prison.

Hes probally just crazy.
In jail if you dont have a huge wolf pack behind you...your fucked and crazy will be the only thing youll have going for you.
Looks like an interesting show do you have any other clips of it? I usually find prison doco's interesting specially the gang ones and the inmate ethic/code.
